We are a locally owned Paint Your Own Pottery Art Studio and Gift Shop located in North English, Iowa. In addition to ceramic glazing, we offer a selection of gifts, apparel, handmade jewelry & crochet items, home decor, and more! We are also available for hosting parties and group events!
Hometown Hobbies!
Glaze the Galaxy is excited to host Hometown Hobbies! The purpose is for community members to share hobbies and crafts with other community members. Please email glazethegalaxy@gmail.com if you would like to attend, share a hobby, or make class suggestions. Payment is due at each class, and more details can be found on our Facebook "Events" page. Thanks!

Grab a palette, a brush, your favorite colors, and start painting! We have examples and stencils available if you aren't sure where to start. Get as creative as you want!
Fire it up!

When you are finished glazing, leave the rest to us! We will fire the piece in our kiln and have it ready for you to pick up in about two weeks. Then it's yours to enjoy!
Inside the Studio
Welcome! We are so excited to have you with us. Join us during our posted hours or make an appointment to paint a different time.
We have seating for approximately 30 people, and would love to host your next group event. Birthday parties, scout or club outings, girls' night out, even just family fun night! You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages when booking a private party.
We have a range of unique gifts! Check out our showcase of jewelry, which includes handmade items from area crafters.
Explore our assortment of customizable items, including tote bags, tea towels, and spirit apparel.
Try it on for size! We have scarves, hats, headbands, wristwarmers, and more, crocheted by the owner.
